FIU Law Review is a student-run organization at Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida. Our main purpose is to publish journals of legal scholarship which provide a forum for the analysis of important legal and policy issues.
Entirely student-edited, FIU Law Review strives to promote the educational purposes of the FIU College of Law by strengthening members’ research, writing, editing, and leadership skills. FIU Law Review publishes articles, essays, lectures, and other scholarly work from professors, practitioners, and students from across the country and around the world.
The student editors and faculty advisors work tirelessly to publish one volume per year, each with four issues. One of these issues will emphasize the international focus of our university.
Thank you for your interest in our journal. We are excited to begin accepting submissions on February 1, 2026. As we plan ahead for our upcoming publication cycle, we are currently looking for authors who are comfortable with a publication timeline targeting Spring 2027, for Issue 3 of Volume 21. We look forward to reading and thoughtfully reviewing your work.
